Build a no-show reminder workflow (WhatsApp)
Goal: Every guest gets an automatic WhatsApp confirmation when they book, and a reminder 1 hour before — the classic no-show killer.
What you’ll need
A Pro or Elite plan, WhatsApp connected (steps 1–2 below), and at least one workflow-triggering booking source.
Step by step

Open Dashboard → Workflows and click Connect WhatsApp.

Scan the on-screen QR code with WhatsApp on your phone; wait for the green “Connected” check.

Click Add Workflow and name it “Booking confirmation + reminder”.

On the Trigger node, choose the event new_booking and enable the workflow.

Drag an Action (WhatsApp) block onto the canvas and connect it to the trigger. Message: “Hi [Nom]! Your table for [Personnes] at [Restaurant] on [Date] at [Heure] is noted. Reply here if anything changes.”

Drag a Delay block after it. Set delay type to relative to reservation, direction before, value 1 hour.

Add a second Action (WhatsApp) block after the delay: “See you in an hour, [Nom]! Table for [Personnes] at [Heure]. Running late? Just reply to this message.”

Click Test to dry-run it with sample data (nothing is sent), then Save and toggle it Enabled.
The result
Every new booking now gets an instant confirmation and a pre-arrival nudge — reminders sent shortly before the visit are the single most effective no-show reducer. Reminders for bookings made less than an hour ahead are skipped automatically (RestoWeb never sends “past” messages). Feature overview: restaurant automations.
