Use the CRM to fill a slow night

Goal: Turn your guest database into covers on a quiet Tuesday — with one targeted message.

What you’ll need

An Essentiel plan or higher (CRM), some booking history, and WhatsApp connected for WhatsApp sends (Pro/Elite).

Step by step

    Open Dashboard → CRM and look at what you’ve accumulated: every past guest with visit counts, last visit dates and VIP badges (automatic at 3+ visits).

    Decide who to invite: VIPs respond best to exclusives; “recent visitors (last 30 days)” respond best to a fresh reminder.

    Click Send Promo Message.

    Choose your segment — e.g., VIP only.

    Write the offer; keep it specific and time-boxed: “We’ve missed you! This Tuesday only: a complimentary dessert with every main for our regulars. Reply or book online — see you soon.”

    Select channels: email and/or WhatsApp — each guest is reached on what they have.

  7. 7

    Check the preview count (“X contacts will receive this message”) and Send. Every send is logged on each guest’s timeline.

    Watch bookings arrive in Dashboard → Reservations — bookings through your site carry tracking, so you can see the campaign working.
