Embed the booking widget on your existing website
Goal: Keep the website you already have and add commission-free direct bookings to it in about 10 minutes.
What you’ll need
A Pro or Elite plan and edit access to your existing website (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or custom).
Step by step
- 1
In your RestoWeb dashboard, open Website and find the widget section (Experience tab).
- 2
Style the button to match your site: text (“Book a Table”), background color, text color, corner radius. Save.
- 3
Copy your embed snippet — a single <script> tag unique to your restaurant.
- 4
Paste it into your existing site where the button should appear (in WordPress, a Custom HTML block; in Wix/Squarespace, an embed/code element).
- 5
Publish your site and click the new button: the booking form opens in a pop-up — name, phone, email, date, time, guests.
- 6
Make a test booking and confirm it appears as “pending” in Dashboard → Reservations, with your automations firing.
The result
Your current website keeps its design and gains a zero-commission booking channel; every booking flows into your reservations, CRM and workflows exactly like bookings from a RestoWeb site. Comparing platforms? See RestoWeb vs WordPress and RestoWeb vs Wix.
