Welcome to RestoWeb. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RestoWeb website, software, subscriptions, and related services ("Service").
By using RestoWeb, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About RestoWeb
RestoWeb is a software service that helps users create and manage restaurant websites, digital menus, CRM systems, and online reservations.
RestoWeb does not operate a physical restaurant, handle food delivery, guarantee reservation turnout, or represent any food delivery marketplace.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to create an account or purchase a paid subscription.
By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to use the Service and purchase subscriptions.
3. No Affiliation With Marketplaces
RestoWeb is an independent software product.
RestoWeb is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to UberEats, Deliveroo, Glovo, TheFork, LaFourchette, or any other third-party food delivery or reservation marketplace.
All marketplace names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for descriptive purposes.
4. Restaurant Menus and Digital Services
RestoWeb provides software tools to display menus, accept reservations, and manage customer relationships based on data provided by the user.
You understand and agree that:
- Menus, prices, allergens, and availability are managed by the restaurant owner and may be inaccurate or outdated.
- RestoWeb is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any food, beverage, or service offered by restaurants using our software.
- You are responsible for verifying all information before making a reservation or placing an order.
5. No Legal, Health, or Business Advice
RestoWeb provides software-based information only. We do not provide legal advice, health and safety compliance, tax advice, or professional business management advice.
Before opening a restaurant or offering food services, you should independently verify local laws, health codes, tax regulations, and consult qualified professionals when needed.
6. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to copy, resell, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
- Use the Service to spam customers or marketplaces.
- Misrepresent your identity or payment information.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for RestoWeb, users, customers, or payment providers.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
RestoWeb may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features such as custom domains, advanced analytics, AI tools, or CRM integrations.
Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments may handle payment processing, subscription billing, tax calculation and remittance, invoices, fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, and related payment services.
By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Dodo Payments' applicable buyer terms, checkout terms, and payment policies.
8. Renewals and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account, billing portal, or by contacting us at support@restowebapp.com.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because RestoWeb is a digital subscription service, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or approved under our Refund Policy.
10. Free Plans and Trials
We may offer free plans, limited features, trial access, or promotional credits. Free features may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Abuse of free plans, fake accounts, or attempts to bypass usage limits may result in account suspension.
11. Service Availability
We try to keep RestoWeb reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party issues, API limitations, or other causes.
12. Third-Party Services
RestoWeb may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, email delivery, payments, WhatsApp integration, AI processing, and other infrastructure.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or services.
13. Intellectual Property
RestoWeb, including its website, software, design, branding, content, workflows, and technology, is owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Service without permission.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be completely secure or error-free.
- Any user will increase their revenue or receive a specific number of reservations.
- The Service will meet your expectations.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestoWeb will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, food waste, customer disputes, or marketplace issues.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to RestoWeb during the three months before the claim.
16. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the website, email, or account dashboard.
Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
