What you’ll need
A Pro or Elite plan, your Google review link, and WhatsApp connected (optional but recommended).
Step by step

Open Dashboard → Menu, enable Show WiFi & Socials, and paste your Google review link (this also puts it on your QR page). Save.

Open Dashboard → Workflows and click Add Workflow; name it “Review request”.

On the Trigger node, choose the event guest_showedup.

Add a Delay block: relative to reservation, direction after, value 2 hours — the request arrives after dinner, not during dessert.

Add an Email block and select the guest_showedup_client template — the built-in thank-you with a review request.

Optionally add an Action (WhatsApp) block too: “Thank you for visiting [Restaurant], [Nom]! If you enjoyed your evening, would you leave us a quick review? [Lien_Avis]”

Save, toggle Enabled.

Make it fire: after each service, mark attended reservations as Showed up in Dashboard → Reservations — RestoWeb shows you which workflows will trigger before you confirm.
